Draft Core Strategy - Opportunity for further comments June 2011

The Draft Core Strategy, a major draft planning strategy, was published for consultation in January 2011.  A large number of comments were received to this consultation including detailed submissions from agents/developers pursuing development options on the fringe of Carterton.  The Council also published new documents.  An opportunity was provided until the end of July 2011 for comments to be made on this material which included:

• Carterton Strategic Site Submissions Updated June 2011 (summary report)
• East Carterton developer submissions
• West Carterton developer submissions (Revised June 2011)
• North Carterton Kilkenny Farm developer submissions (Revised June 2011)
• North Carterton David Wilson Homes developer submissions
• Demographic Projections Review May 2011
• Affordable Housing Viability Study Position Statement May 2011
• Green Infrastructure Study June 2011 (Map GI1, Map GI2, Map GI3)
• Housing Land Supply Position Statement as at 1st April 2011 (published June 2011)
