Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

The Council has published for consultation a draft supplementary planning document (SPD) on developer contributions, providing detailed guidance and greater certainty to developers, infrastructure providers and local communities on the likely infrastructure requirements placed on developments in West Oxfordshire so these can be factored in at an early stage. 

The consultation is running for 6-weeks from Monday 9 November 2020 to Monday 21 December 2020.

The draft SPD can be viewed in full below and you can respond with any of the methods detailed at the bottom of this page.

Comments must be received no later than 5pm on Monday 21 December 2020

Due to Covid-19 restrictions we are unable to provide hard copies to view in our offices and libraries. Next Steps We will consider all comments received and we will publish a revised draft for a further period of consultation before the SPD is formally adopted. At that point it will become a material consideration for any relevant planning applications.
