Andy We wish to endorse section 4.11 in particular but note that the waiting list for allotments in Witney is now closer to three years than two years. The proposed development of the West Witney Development Area provides a new opportunity to prevent this position being exacerbated. With small or non-existent gardens, the demand for communal allotment gardens might reasonably be expected to continue increasing. 10 Mar 2011 13:39

Barry Lewis The Cogges Link Road is not necessary if the eastern junction with the A40 is completed first; the Link Road would greatly increase the conjestion at the Thorney Leys traffic light system. 19 Feb 2011 14:58
Bill Barber Recent developments in Witney have improved the town and some further expansion should continue. The council should campaign however for improvements to the A40 east towards Oxford. 08 Mar 2011 22:12
