3.1 "The Local Plan sets out how much development will take place, what type, where and when it will come forward as well as what infrastructure is needed to support it. " (para 1.3). Section 9.94 concerning recent house building in Woodstock is seriously in error. The draft states '..More recently the number of new houses built within the town has been relatively low although a site for 63 houses is being built adjacent the Marlborough School'. The actual amount of houses built/being built over the last 2 years is considerably larger , approximately 144 including the developments on Banbury road, Shipton Road and in the town centre.
