The various recent reports submitted by Crest Nicholson generally use the tenuous argument that any issues raised with the Carterton East Development, or the Local Plan in general, lead to the conclusion that WODC should choose their proposed development at Carterton West instead. Thanks to our neighbour, Peter Gaskin, I have learnt of representation made by Figbury Limited concerning the Kilkenny Farm proposaL. This was submitted the day before the close of the West Oxfordshire Draft Local Plan Consultation period.
